Reiner Winkelbauer
Mr. Winkelbauer studied mathematics at the University of Ulm,
where he obtained the degree in business mathematics in 1991. Furthermore he gained his Master of Science at the University of Syracuse,
USA. In 1991 Mr. Winkelbauer joined AEG Mobile Communication, Ulm, where he held various positions in the field of finance before
he was appointed Head of Controlling and Head of Finances. In 1998 he took over the position as Chief Financial Officer at EADS Secure Networks,
Ulm, being responsible for restructuring and strategical reorientation of the EADS subsidiary. Since 2008 Mr. Winkelbauer is acting as Deputy
CEO and CFO of Rentschler Group in Laupheim.
Jürgen Maucher
Mr. Maucher graduated with a degree in business administration in 1998 specializing in banking. After completing his studies, he worked for the private banking division of a major
German Bank. Since 2004, Mr. Maucher has been employed as private equity manager and product developer with Chancenkapital BC, a leading private equity company in the region and
subsidiary of Kreissparkasse Biberach.
