Hugo de Wit, has worked since 1996 in the biopharmaceutical industry.

Prior to the current position he worked for Lonza (Visp, Switzerland), Merck KGaA (Darmstadt, Germany), Siegfried Biologics (Zoffingen/Berlin, Switzerland/Germany) and PanGenetics (Royston, UK).

He holds two degrees, a MSc Bioprocess Technology from the University of Wageningen, the Netherlands and a MBA from Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, USA.
