The Vector

The vector is constructed from well known elements. The vector is designed to optimize expression and minimize the impact on cell growth for DG44 cells.

The Cell Line

The cell line, CHO DG44, has been metabolically optimized for stable growth over longer periods of time. This has been achieved through the implementation of handling procedures and medium design.

The Medium

All our media are completely chemically defined and optimized for the different stages. If we combine our procedures and medium expertise we achieve superior results compared with currently available commercial media.

The process design

The process design is optimized to reduce the number of human interactions and increase the robustness. This design allows for an easy scalability without changing the growth, productivity or product quality characteristics.
